The vineyards lie on sedimentary terrain, rich in clay soil.

TRAINING SYSTEM
Double cordon spur.
HARVEST
Chardonnay and Sauvignon blanc in early September, Tamjanika in late September.
VINIFICATION
De-stemming and cold maceration of the must.
Medium pressing. Static clearing. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks.
AGING
Chardonnay and Sauvignon blanc varieties are stored in stainless steel tanks. Two thirds of the Tamjanika variety is aged in stainless steel tanks and one third in traditional oak casks of 3000L, for 6 months.
TASTING NOTES
Triada White is a unique blend of 3 grape varieties. In 2012, Triada White won the Bronze Medal at the IWC Competition in London.
Color: Deep straw yellow.
Aroma: Subtle notes of white peach and tropical fruits.
On the palate: Dry, crisp, refreshing and with superb acidity. It’s a full-bodied wine, with aromas that come in different layers so that each sip brings a new note to discover.
Triada White is the perfect wine to combine with white meat and fruit salads, and is also paired well with creamy sauce dishes.
It has won bronze medal at International Wine Challenge at London in 2012.
