VINIFICATION
De-stemming and cold maceration of the must for 24 hours. Medium pressing. Static clearing. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks.
AGING
Triada Rosé is kept in stainless steel tanks.
TASTING NOTES
Triada Rosé is made from two varieties of grape, the majority of which is indigenous to Serbia and the surrounding regions. This wine is produced from same mass that is used for making Svb Rosa.
Color: Lighter pink with copper tones
Aroma: Fresh with a light scent of intriguing fruity aromas.
On the palate: Dry, round and refreshing taste of summer fruits with a slight echo of grapefruit.
It matches well with dry-cured appetizers, cheeses both young and old and also grilled vegetables.
