Tamjanika is a Serbian indigenous variety. Budimir is the name of our grandfather. His name was added to honor his life-long commitment to this variety as well as his importance as the cornerstone of our winery.

VINIFICATION
De-stemming and cold maceration of the must. Soft pressing. Static clearing. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks.

Tamjanika Budimir is kept in stainless steel tanks.
TASTING NOTES
Tamjanika Budimir is a wine with a modern and exotic style. It is made from the Serbian indigenous variety that belongs to the Muscat family of grape.
Color: Pale straw yellow.
Aroma: Aromas that inspire sweetness whit subtle hints of white peach and tropical fruit.On the palate: Crisp, fresh, smooth, dry, light and easy to drink.
It goes very well with seafood, traditional cooked vegetable dishes, creamy risottos and desserts with tropical fruits. Vintages 2011, 2013 and 2016 got 89 points from famous wine advocate Robert Parker. Vintage 2010 has won silver medal at San Francisco International Wine Competition in 2013 and vintage 2009 was a wine recommendation at International Wine Challenge at London in 2012.
