MEANING OF THE NAME
The name literally means “Prokupac color purple” because wine from Prokupac grape has purple reflections when it’s young. It is a single vineyard wine from 120 years old family vineyards.

TASTING NOTES
This wine is made from 100% Prokupac, Serbian indigenous grape variety.
Color: Deep ruby red with hints of purple reflection.
Nose: Very fruity followed by aromas of cherry, raspberries, mint leaves, plum jam, cedar wood. It also has very complex bouquet with scents of leather and vanilla.
On the palate: It is medium plus bodied, well integrated wood notes, sweet spices, well-balanced with pleasant tannins and long aftertaste.
It matches perfectly with roasted meat and spicy dishes.
